From July 9 to 13, 2026, 40 Secondary 5 students along with 4 teachers from our school participated in the Education Bureau's "Pass on Torch" programme: Zhengzhou and Luoyang Historical and Cultural Tour. The delegation visited several historical sites and museums, including the Erqi Memorial Tower, the Longmen Grottoes, Luoyi Ancient City, Lijing Gate, and the Sui and Tang Dynasties Grand Canal Cultural Museum. Through these visits, participants revisited the long history of the Chinese nation and gained a deep appreciation for the profound heritage of traditional culture.
In addition, the team visited BYD's "Di Space" to learn about the country's achievements in technological innovation and green energy development. The delegation also engaged in enthusiastic interactions and exchanges with teachers and students from Zhengzhou Tourism College, sharing their respective learning and living experiences while fostering closer ties between Henan and Hong Kong.
