The Citizenship and Social Development Secondary 5 Mainland Study Tour, "Shaoguan Danxia Culture and Sustainable Development" was successfully held from March 31 to April 2. A total of 13 teachers and 118 S5 students participated in the trip.

On the first day, the teachers and students visited the Shaogang Steel Works and the Northern Expedition Memorial Hall. These visits deepened their understanding of Shaoguan’s historical transformation and current economic development. 

On the second day, the group moved on to the Danxia Mountain Scenic Area, where they enjoyed a boat tour surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery. Beyond academic learning, this experience effectively strengthened bonds and interactions between teachers and students.

On the final day, the group visited Shaoguan Secondary Vocational Technical School for in-depth exchanges. Students from both regions not only enjoyed the hands-on experience of tea picking, but also built friendships through friendly sports matches. Teachers and students from both sides fully engaged throughout the tour, benefiting immensely on both academic and cultural levels.
