The personal data collected in connection with the application of S1-S5 places will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. The information provided will be used solely for processing the application, contacting parents/guardians, arranging interviews, and handling related administrative procedures.

All personal data will only be accessed by authorised school personnel and will be retained or disposed of in accordance with the school’s established policies. The School will not disclose any personal data to third parties unless required by law or with the consent of the parent/guardian.

Parents/guardians have the right to request access to and correction of the personal data submitted in this application. Such requests should be made to the School in writing.
